Rua Al Madinah Holding has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Council of Engineers to enhance mutual cooperation between the two parties in support of the engineering field through real estate development. The company was represented in the signing by CEO, Eng. Ahmed W. Al Juhani, and on behalf of the council, H.E. Eng. Abdulmohsen D. Almajnouni, the Secretary-General.
The memorandum of understanding includes several areas of cooperation between the two parties, including providing workshops and specialized training courses for engineers, sharing experiences and developments in engineering fields, enhancing the capabilities of human resources and technical competencies to elevate the real estate development sector to the highest levels, and exchanging reports and statistics related to areas of mutual cooperation.
On this occasion, the CEO of Rua Al Madinah Holding, Eng. Ahmed W. Al Juhani, expressed: “We are honored today to collaborate with the Saudi Council of Engineers; where this fruitful collaboration aims to enhance the real estate development sector, contributing to enhancing the status of Madinah and enriching its visiting experience, through mutual efforts, and raising the qualification level for human capabilities.”
H.E. Eng. Abdulmohsen D. Almajnouni, Secretary-General of Saudi Council of Engineers, highlighted the importance of such professional agreements, recognizing their role in supporting development projects and improving the skills of engineers and technicians. These efforts align with SCE’s mission to elevate its members across sectors, notably in real estate and engineering, and promote innovation and sustainability in the kingdom.
It is worth mentioning that Rua Al Madinah Holding is one of the important subsidiaries of the Public Investment Fund and its important initiatives in the development and real estate investment sector, and is concerned with modern urban planning, and the development of diverse and comprehensive developmental and investment projects in Madinah; where the company will rise through its existing projects near the Prophet’s Mosque, to facilitate the hosting of 30 million visitors to Medina by 2030, and enrich their religious journey and cultural experience; as a contribution to achieving the goals of the Public Investment Fund and the Hajj, Umrah, Visit sector, and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
