About the Project
In alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, the City Visions project aims to provide a rich lifestyle with a spiritual atmosphere for visitors and guests from around the world in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah. Emphasizing its importance in facilitating services, enhancing accommodation near the Prophet’s Mosque, and offering the best hospitality, the project aims to ease comfort, improve well-being, and enhance the quality of life. The project’s building designs and facilities draw inspiration from the city’s heritage, showcasing its religious, cultural, and historical significance.
The project also seeks to create job opportunities for the city’s residents by providing tens of thousands of jobs, prioritizing Saudi talents. The overall strategy focuses on creating a distinctive urban environment, enriching the visitor experience through integrated hospitality projects (hotels and commercial), and cultural centers that highlight the religious importance of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah. The project aims to facilitate visitor access to the Prophet’s Mosque through comprehensive and varied transport solutions, spacious and comfortable pathways, retail stores, open squares, gift shops, and green areas, creating an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility for a civilizational experience representing prosperity and urban development.
With its direct view of the eastern expansion of the Prophet’s Mosque, the project provides unforgettable moments of spiritual connection for visitors. The overall plan includes a series of wide pedestrian walkways or crowd pathways connecting the hotel buildings to the Prophet’s Mosque, highlighting the distinctive urban form of the site.
